1. Who We Are
Gaza Lifeline is a Pakistan-based awareness and support campaign run by volunteers, designers, and influencers dedicated to amplifying humanitarian relief efforts for Gaza.
We are not:
a registered NGO or charity
a fundraising entity
a donation processor
We do not collect donations, manage donor funds, issue tax receipts, or act as a financial intermediary.
Our role is limited to raising awareness, sharing verified donation information, and offering optional merchandise to support the campaign.
2. Donations
All donations referenced on our platform are made directly to verified humanitarian organizations, such as Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, through their official bank accounts and payment channels.
Gaza Lifeline does not:
receive or process any donations
store donor payment information
issue receipts or tax documentation
handle refunds or disputes related to donations
Supporters acknowledge that all donations are handled exclusively by the receiving organization, and any issues must be resolved directly with them.
3. Merchandise & Campaign Support
Gaza Lifeline handles all aspects of merchandise production and sales, including:
design and manufacturing
order processing
payment collection
fulfillment and shipping
customer support
Profit Allocation
After covering production, fulfillment, and operational costs, all net profit from merchandise sales is voluntarily donated to support the Gaza Lifeline campaign and related humanitarian efforts.
Important notes for transparency:
Merchandise purchases are not charitable donations
No tax receipts are provided for merchandise purchases
Supporters buy merch with the intention of supporting the campaign, but the legal transaction is a standard retail sale
This approach ensures that the campaign is self-sustaining while contributing profits to humanitarian support.
4. Transparency & Accountability
Donations never pass through Gaza Lifeline; we have no access to donor funds.
All financial responsibility for donations rests entirely with the humanitarian organization.
Gaza Lifeline’s only financial activity is related to merchandise operations.
Impact updates and reports come directly from the official humanitarian organizations we support.
Gaza Lifeline’s role is strictly informational, advocacy-focused, and operational only regarding merch.
5. Data & Privacy
We do not collect donor financial information because we do not handle donations.
For merchandise sales, we may collect:

shipping address
phone number
This information is used only to process orders and provide customer support.
We do not sell or share customer information.
Merch payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers using standard encryption.
